Refund policy
Please note: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of my work, there are no returns or exchanges on any items. This includes items that are not monogrammed. Once an item is stitched, it cannot be removed. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if the wrong size or thread color was ordered, or if our processing time was not noted at the time the order was placed. Orders are fulfilled based on the information provided, so it is crucial for you to include all necessary details when placing your order.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer a refund depending upon the item stitched. If we have made a mistake, please contact our shop ASAP. Your item can only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 10 days of receiving your item. All items in question must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition.
